CASE Power & Equipment of Florida is the Florida‑state dealer / distributor branch for heavy construction equipment under the brand CASE Construction Equipment (among others).
The dealer network was established after a consolidation: assets and operations from six former locations of another dealer (Trekker Tractor) were acquired by EquipmentShare — and rebranded into CASE Power & Equipment of Florida.
They operate independently of EquipmentShare’s rental operations — meaning their function is mainly sales, parts, service, and equipment distribution under CASE’s line.
The employees are really nice! But the small backhoe i rented had hardly no power. And first they were going to give me a bigger one but the battery was dead, then they had to take it all apart to just jump it. Then, they wanted to give it to me without changing the battery. I said no. They gave me a smaller one but they didn’t adjust the price. No instructions what’s so ever, and this thing was made for a kid I think because I hardly fit in there! I’m 5’11” and weigh 190lb. I will never go there again!
Kyle is amazing, he went out of his way to help my driver. The customer service provided was above and beyond. Thank you Kyle for going the extra mile!
You’re company act real funny when it comes to black Customers and the manger is a lier all people should get treated the same no matter what color there skin when we bleed it’s all the same color we’ll ever tell anyone to use your company
Worst experience ever buying a new backhoe, this is most likely because this is also a rental company named Equipment Share in Tampa Florida. Their parts dept is top notch, their repair shop is top notch, but the sales side is lacking in customer satisfaction, communication, follow through, delivery promises.
I ordered a part and did not request a rush on delivery. it was delivered UPS ground several days later however, Case Tampa charged us for next day delivery rate. when they were asked to reconsider, they refused. this is not a nice way to make a profit of the customers.
